• Enters treatment information into the MIS.
• Initiates, maintains, and completes the medical record.
• Assists in data-related needs including entering episodes of care or responding to data requests.
• Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as requested.
• Maintains accurate treatment statistics and provides reports to leadership.
• May perform receptionist duties such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
