Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a large-volume mail center.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Open, review and scan mail and incoming documents, prioritizing and indexing them.
• Identify source and type of document and assign to the correct patient account in Epic using the correct statuses.
• Prepare outgoing mail for pick-up and ensure confidentiality; assist with SHS audits requests and documentation.
