UCHealth Longs Peak Medical Center in Longmont is seeking a Medical Records Scanning Clerk to perform document preparation, scanning and indexing of medical records in the LPMC Mammography department. The role is onsite with a Day shift schedule and requires careful attention to detail and fast, accurate work.

• 1 year of experience in patient health information or medical records scanning.

Responsabilidades

• Performs document preparation, scanning and indexing of medical records, and audits results for image quality and accuracy.
• Assembles and maintains complete medical records.
• Scans medical records accurately and timely.
• Validates accuracy of scanned documentation.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
