Chapters Health System is seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Processor to assemble, analyze, and maintain medical records in accordance with established procedures. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance within a Florida healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, medical office experience, and knowledge of EHR systems. Training includes adherence to policies and performance improvement activities, with a focus on timely chart

Qualificações

• High School or GED required.
• Up to one year of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Health Information Management Certificate or HIT PRO Certificate preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate EHR easily.
• Knowledge of medical record format and content.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to bend and reach overhead.
