Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit charts for deficiencies.
• Document routing of paper medical records.
• Follow appropriate procedure for closing episodes of care.
• Follow HIPAA standards in securing PHI.
• Assist with retrieval and review of patient charts for audits.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
