Maintained data in tracking systems, scheduled appointments for psychiatrists, and assisted with front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and processing mail. Ordered office supplies, maintained office equipment, audited scanned client records for errors or missing documents, and ensured corrections were completed. Also provided telephone support by directing calls, taking messages, and offering coverage for other Community Services staff and programs as needed.Division/Program Overview:Population Served: Serves clients (ages 16-24)Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Fresno County within designated county limits.
