Responsibilities

• Confirm all telephone orders
• Assist in developing methods for determining supply and equipment quantities
• Prepare product comparisons for quality and costs
• Fill requisitions for routine supplies and equipment
• Deliver emergency supplies and equipment
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained properly
• Update inventory and check invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips
• Organize storage and catalog supplies for efficiency
• Collaborate with nursing staff for resident equipment setup
• Ensure vendor MSDS compliance and report issues

Requirements

• Experience in long-term care preferred but training available
• High School Diploma or GED
• CNAs a plus
• Must be 18 years or older, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
