Responsibilities

• Gather medical and billing records and documentation from providers and insurers.
• Confirm charges and balances and provide health insurance lien details when needed.
• Handle incoming calls and communications with clients, providers, and insurers.
• Maintain electronic case files with meticulous accuracy.
• Collect, bill, and verify health insurance cards and coverage; data entry.
• Collaborate with teammates and manage a high-volume caseload.

This case management position works 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

In this Medical Records Case Manager role, you serve as the organized hub of each case: you gather medical and billing records and documentation from providers and insurers, confirm charges and balances, and promptly provide health insurance and auto (PIP) details to providers‑requesting health insurance liens when needed; you handle incoming calls and all communications with clients, providers, and insurance companies, maintain ongoing relationships, and organize electronic case files with meticulous accuracy; throughout the day you collect, bill, and verify health insurance cards, medical payment coverage, and liens, perform accurate data entry, collaborate in a team‑centered environment by communicating with teammates about all aspects of the case, manage a high volume caseload with efficiency, and perform other related duties as assigned-always keeping momentum, clarity, and care at the forefront.
