Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and empathy to all patients.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details.
• Schedule patients and adjust appointments to meet needs.
• Contact patients with missed appointments to encourage care.
• Coordinate pre-authorizations and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Process forms, scan into the EMR, and manage documentation.
• Handle co-payments and payment plans; discuss financials with patients.
• Maintain professional office environment and phone etiquette.
• Participate in team huddles and cross-training as needed.
