LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dependable Medical Clerical Receptionist for a healthcare organization in San Marcos. The role requires strong patient-facing communication, administrative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical setting.

The position is onsite in San Marcos with five 8-hour shifts per week, Monday through Sunday availability between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM. Compensation is $25.00 per hour, with standard benefits offered to associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must have completely open availability Monday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–10:30 PM.
• Five 8-hour shifts per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and assist patients with questions.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Verify patient information, insurance, and required documentation.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in electronic systems.
• Collect payments and provide receipts when applicable.
• Communicate with medical staff and other departments to support patient flow.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed.
