Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, part of Therapy Partners Group, is hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Manteca location. The role supports patient intake, scheduling, and coordination with billing and clinicians. Start date at end of November with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, confidentiality discipline, and experience with Microsoft Office and data entry. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Data Entry, System Dashboard and/or Worklist Completion is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication; professional interaction with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming environment for patient care coordinators and external connections.
• Communicate clearly with all staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones and greet patients professionally.
• Collaborate with Billing, Therapists, and Aide staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies.
• Review copay reports and identify accounts needing review.
• Audit Journeys/Dashboard and Payer Direct Portal for timely notes and AUTHs.
• Monitor FOC Chats and ensure timely responses.
