Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to support clinics in Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, Riverbank, Oakdale and Ripon.

Starting hourly wage is $19.00–$20.00 depending on experience. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:00am–5:00pm and Friday 8:00am–noon. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, and you will greet patients, answer phones, coordinate with Billing and Therapists, and protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a +Plus
• Possess strong customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidential documents
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally
• Ability to build rapport and effective relationships
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Greeting warmly and maintain a welcoming relationship with patients and staff
• Answering phones and greeting patients with professionalism
• Work closely with Billing Department and Therapists to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Review copay reports and identify accounts needing review
• Audit journeys/dashboards and payer portals for timely action
• Ensure messages are responded to and charts with required documents
