Responsibilities

• Collect, file, and maintain Medical Records weekly.
• Triage Patients for medical appointments.
• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
• Maintain inventory and report equipment repairs.
• Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks and translations as needed.
