Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all calls appropriately and courteously.
• Register patients and schedule appointments via Epic.
• Verify insurance eligibility using PASSPORT.
• Maintain and support both paper and electronic medical records.
• Collect, process, and reconcile co-pays and daily receipts.
• Assist providers with electronic and paper correspondence.
• Participate on a planned care team and attend departmental meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
