This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits, with weekly pay options. Prior EMR experience is preferred (eClinicalWorks, Epic, or Dentrix), but not required.

Qualifications

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
• Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, Dentrix) preferred.
• Strong data entry and filing abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate department or staff.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and calendars.
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
• Collect co-pays and process payments.
• Maintain and update patient records as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks (filing, faxing, scanning).
• Coordinate referrals to other providers or specialists.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
