As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our medical facility. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Maintain patient records and update as necessary
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Skills:

• Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls
