Emerald Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Medical Receptionist (Float) to be the friendly first point of contact across multiple clinic locations. You will manage schedules, registrations, and payments while maintaining EMR records and patient flow.

This role requires a professional, patient-focused demeanor and the ability to travel between clinics as needed. Pay ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and procedures following clinic protocols.
• Register new patients and update insurance and demographic information.
• Obtain, scan, and upload required forms, insurance cards, and identification.
• Capture patient photos when needed for chart accuracy.
• Notify clinical staff of patient arrivals.
• Prepare charts and review EMR records for upcoming visits.
• Greet patients, collect copays and out-of-pocket payments, and issue receipts.
• Ensure accurate posting of all payments.
• Ability to travel from one clinic location to another depending on clinic needs.
