Job summary

Yakima Neighborhood Health Services in Yakima, WA, seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to greet patients, verify information, and schedule appointments. The role supports daily clinic operations with a focus on patient access and smooth workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the clinic in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.

• Check in patients, verify and update information in computer system and patient forms.
• Review and collect insurance information.
• Calculate charges and collect payments.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments.
• Support clinic operations as needed by the supervisor.
