Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a healthcare customer service professional for a contract-to-hire role. Responsibilities include checking in/out patients, collecting payments, and contacting patients before appointments to notify of estimated pay.

The position requires basic insurance knowledge, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling new referral intake/registration. The role is fully remote, with the engagement based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service.
• Healthcare experience preferred, dental experience would be a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
