Description

We are looking for representatives to join a medical device team on an initial contract basis. They will be supporting a new product. The role will be to mostly make outbound calls to individuals that have inquired or are in the process of buying the new product. They will be calling them to help coordinate the scheduling of medical appointments to get diagnosed for the referral of this product.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience is preferred
• Completed college degree with customer service experience

This is a Contract position based out of Hopkins, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
