Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? Join one of the largest healthcare organizations in the Midwest, as a Member Services Representative supporting members enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace (MNsure) plans.

In this role, you'll assist members with questions about their health insurance coverage, billing, premiums, deductibles, copays, and provider networks while delivering outstanding service and support.

What You'll Do

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
