Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proficient in insurance verification and authorizations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with scheduling appointments and completing forms.
  • Manage electronic health records (EHR) and organize medical records.
  • Educate patients on medical procedures, tests, and medication administration.
  • Coordinate referrals, verify insurance coverage, and process insurance claims.
  • Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and organization of the medical office.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
