Vascular Centers of America in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient clinic. You will handle patient intake, schedule appointments, maintain records, and answer calls in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, knowledge of insurance verification, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google Sheets. This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Full Time | 40 Hours Weekly

Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Monday-Friday

• 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intake and check-in/check-out procedures

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Maintain patient records and administrative documentation

• Answer incoming phone calls and manage multiple phone lines

• Address patient concerns and answer general questions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
