You Will :

1. Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
2. Obtain or verify proper insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation.
3. Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
4. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, confirm appointments, and notify staff of changes when necessary.
5. Provide patients with appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, and give directions to facilities if needed.
6. Coordinate with back-office staff for timely and effective patient care.

Pay Range :

USD $16.50 - USD $17.00 / per hour

Shift : Flexibility Required

Shift Variations :

Guaranteed Full Time. 40 hours a week, with shifts varying based on need, including weekends and evenings.
