We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Owings Mills, MD location. You will have a set 4-day workweek, 10 hours per day, with a 3-day weekend. The Medical Receptionist will:

1. Provide exceptional patient experience while managing check-in and check-out, including assisting with paperwork.
2. Handle medical insurance, collect payments and balances.
3. Schedule follow-up appointments.
4. Answer the telephone professionally and timely.
5. Manage the appearance and cleanliness of the clinic.
6. Serve as the primary contact for prospective patients.
7. Educate referred patients about CoreLife's services and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One (1) year of medical front office experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical insurance.
• Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time.
• Valid CPR license.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
