Base pay range

$38,000.00/yr - $45,800.00/yr

The Receptionist receives and routes incoming and outgoing calls, accommodates visitors, and performs basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities include operating a switchboard, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and collecting patient charges. Work is routine and performed under close supervision.

Requirements

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records
  • Experience in high-volume environments
Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Additional Information

Applicants may need to provide their Social Security Number. The hiring process uses HireVue for interviews. The scheduled weekly hours are 40. The pay range reflects full-time employment and may vary based on location and experience.
