Job description

MaxHealth in Riverview is looking to hire a full-time Front Office Representative

Assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service overall. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are compassionate, service-oriented, and can multitask with ease, you might be perfect for this role!

This healthcare position offers a competitive wage, depending on experience, along with fantastic benefits including health benefits, a 401k plan, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off).

Location: 12967 US Hwy 301 S., Riverview, FL 33758

Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred. EMR experience and 2+ years in a medical office setting are preferred; eClinicalworks experience is a plus.

Starting Salary: $17.00 an hour

Normal hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Ensure focused and empathetic patient care by greeting patients warmly, scheduling appointments, assisting with forms, and maintaining confidentiality throughout daily tasks.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems; EMR/EHR experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
