Job Overview

Optima Dermatology is recruiting an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics group in Milford, OH.

Responsibilities

1. Completing patient check-in and check-out procedures
2. Answering incoming calls and providing appropriate follow-up
3. Handling patient queries, concerns, and complaints
4. Verifying and documenting patient information
5. Welcoming and greeting patients entering and leaving the office

Qualifications
