Duties

• Manage the greeting, registration, and departure of patients
• Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre
• Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure accurate billings, cash collection, and receipting for patient services

• Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Exceptional data entry and communication skills
• Proven multi-tasking, problem solving, and time management skills
• Ability to develop quality working relationships
