Job summary

TrueCare in Escondido, CA is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support front desk operations and patient navigation. You will greet patients, schedule visits, register new patients, collect payments, and assist clinical staff with accurate record-keeping.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. EHR experience and medical terminology knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in an administrative/clerical role.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).

Your Role & Impact

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in an administrative/clerical role
• Basic computer proficiency
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• This position is Monday, Wednesday Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Tuesday, Thursday 10 am to 7 pm.

The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $32.20 on an hourly basis. (depending on experience)
