TrueCare in Escondido, CA is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support front desk operations and patient navigation. You will greet patients, schedule visits, register new patients, collect payments, and assist clinical staff with accurate record-keeping.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. EHR experience and medical terminology knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in an administrative/clerical role.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, register patients, and collect payments.
• Support clinical staff by maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean, organized reception area.
