Position Overview

This role is based in our Bridgeport clinic (Bridgeport, West Virginia). At Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), we are committed to improving access to the highest-quality mental health care in our local communities. As a Patient Care and Site Coordinator (Front Office Medical Receptionist), you will be the first face our clients see, setting the stage for a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and check in clients warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
2. Handle phone calls efficiently, maintaining effective communication.
3. Manage insurance processes with attention to detail for smooth client experiences.
4. Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record maintenance.
5. Maintain a clean and inviting clinic environment.
6. Support telehealth services, embracing digital healthcare access.
7. Collaborate with a team to foster a culture of excellence.
8. Potentially train in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and assist in training new team members.
9. Maintain professionalism, contributing to a positive clinic environment.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience in medical office settings and familiarity with EMR systems.
3. Effective communication skills, client-focused approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
