Job summary

Community Health Care Barberton is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming first contact for patients. You will check in/out patients, verify contact info, confirm insurance and collect co-pays, and route calls in a fast-paced office.

We value teamwork, excellent communication, and HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a community-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all patients and visitors.

• Maintain patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
