Job summary

Community Health Care Barberton is seeking a Medical Receptionist who will be the first and last contact for our patients. The office is energetic, team oriented, and dedicated to patient-centered care.

You will greet patients, verify information, collect co-pays, and support HIPAA privacy. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential, with a proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all patients and visitors
• Perform patient check in and check out

• Answer incoming calls and directs the caller accordingly
• Maintain patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and safety rules
• Conduct patient appointment reminders
