Duties/Responsibilities:

• Register all patients and verify insurance information and other demographics.
• Maintain waiting room by keeping magazines current, litter-free, and organized.
• Answer phones promptly before the third ring in a friendly manner.
• Explain all fees and patient financial responsibilities; collect payment for services.
• Ensure patient satisfaction.
• Assist with general office duties and other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
