Duties/Responsibilities:

• Register all patients and verify insurance information and demographics.
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, free of expired magazines and litter.
• Answer phones promptly before the third ring with a friendly attitude.
• Explain all fees and patient financial responsibilities; collect payments for services.
• Ensure patient satisfaction.
• Assist with general office duties and other tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
