Job summary

Kapili Services, LLC is seeking a coordinator to provide educational and training support for DoD medical staff, collect and report readiness data, and manage credentialing across personnel. • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Air Force medical standards and continuing education is necessary.
• Experience with policy development and training programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational and training support for staff and DoD medical personnel.
• Collect, monitor, and report training data related to readiness.
• Maintain the Warrior Training Center and schedule activities as needed.
• Credentialing management for personnel and tracking licensure and certifications.
• Develop reports to identify training gaps and program barriers.
