Job summary

Advanced Medical Reviews, Inc. is seeking a Case Coordinator to ensure the highest quality and integrity of reports in compliance with client contracts and regulatory standards. You will support the Quality Assurance Department and address questions during reviews.

The role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidates should be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and laboratory values.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and work with decimals.
• Must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M.
• Must operate a computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone.
• Must know Word, Outlook, Excel and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality assurance review of reports, correspondences, addendums or supplemental reviews.
• Ensures clear, evidence-based rationales accompany recommendations and determinations.
• Ensures client instructions and specifications are followed and questions answered.
• Verifies references are current and from reputable medical journals/publications.
• Ensures reports are professional in content, format and appearance.
