Job summary

AllMed is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator Editor with a strong background in copy editing and technical writing. The role focuses on reviewing complex documentation for accuracy and consistency across case materials, while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Hybrid or optional remote work is supported, with a collaborative culture. You will manage data entry, track statuses, and coordinate with physicians, clients, and QA teams to keep projects on schedule and properly billed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; medical/IME experience preferred.
• Proficiency with chat/video conferencing software.
• Strong computer skills across common OS and applications.
• Excellent copy editing and English grammar abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter client and patient information with precision.
• Ensure all cases are complete and ready for clinical review.
• Track report status, deadlines, and communications to stay on schedule.
• Review reports for accuracy, clarity, and professional quality.
• Collaborate with physicians, clients, and QA teams to resolve questions.
• Maintain trackers and logs to manage workflow efficiently.
• Process daily invoicing in line with requirements.
• Respond promptly to report status inquiries; file documentation per HIPAA.
