Qualifications

• 2 years administrative leadership experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated communication and analytical skills; includes billing experience and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of physician practice site(s) and ensure compliance.
• Oversee financial operations, budget development and adherence.
• Recruit, hire, coach, mentor, and manage non-physician staff.
• Motivate staff and coordinate day-to-day activity.
• Ensure facility meets safety and regulatory standards and supports patient-centered care.
• Input of data such as demographics, coding, and month-end data; oversee charge entry and registration.
