Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Practice Manager for its Medical Oncology, Hematology and Infusion Center. The role ensures efficient daily operations, financial stewardship, and staff leadership across its Lipson Cancer Institute locations in Rochester, NY.

Working closely with Lead Physicians and providers, you will drive budgeting, compliance, and patient-centered processes, while maintaining service quality and organizational values. This is a full-time on-site management position.

Qualifications

• 2 years administrative leadership experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with professional billing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of physician practice sites using available tools and reports.
• Manage the financial operations, review monthly performance, and assist budget development.
• Participate in recruitment, coaching, and mentoring of non-physician staff.
• Lead staff motivation and day-to-day activity planning with providers.
• Ensure facility compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support system-wide mission, values, and strategic plan.
• Ensure accurate data input, including coding, billing charges, and statistics.
