Urrly, Inc. is seeking a Medical Practice Manager to lead three allergy and asthma practices across Skillman, Flemington, and Hamilton, NJ.

Based primarily in Skillman, you will own day-to-day operations, team performance, physician partnerships, and practical process improvements to ensure high-quality care across all sites. The role requires 5+ years in healthcare leadership, multi-site oversight, and hands-on financial or KPI-driven decision making.

• Maintain scheduling, coverage, patient flow, supplies, service standards and policies across sites.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in access, referrals, authorizations, testing coordination, and patient experience.
• Use EHR/practice-management data to evaluate labor, staffing, overtime, schedules, volume, access and costs.
• Balance access, productivity, capacity, service quality, and cost with billing and revenue-cycle teams.
• Lead clinical, clerical, and provider-support teams with coaching, training, and accountability.
• Partner with physicians and providers to resolve operations and staffing priorities.
• Support HIPAA, OSHA, safety and practice policies across locations.

Medical Practice Manager - Allergy & Asthma (Multi-Site)

Lead the operating rhythm for three allergy and asthma practices in Skillman, Flemington, and Hamilton, New Jersey. Based primarily in Skillman, you’ll own day-to-day operations, team performance, physician partnership, and practical process improvements that help patients and staff experience consistent, high-quality care across all three locations.

This is not a first-time manager role. The right person has already led a physician practice, outpatient clinic, or comparable ambulatory operation and is ready to bring that operating discipline across multiple sites.

What You’ll Own

• Lead daily operations across Skillman, Flemington, and Hamilton, with Skillman as the primary office.
• Keep scheduling, coverage, patient flow, supplies, service standards, and practice policies running consistently across sites.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements in access, referrals, prior authorizations, testing coordination, provider templates, handoffs, and patient experience.
• Use EHR/practice-management systems and operating data to evaluate labor, staffing, overtime, schedules, supplies, volume, access, spending, and performance metrics.
• Balance access, productivity, capacity, service quality, and cost while partnering with billing and revenue-cycle leaders.
• Lead clinical, clerical, and provider-support teams through clear expectations, coaching, training, scheduling, onboarding, development, and accountability.
• Partner directly with physicians and advanced practice providers to resolve operating issues, follow through on priorities, and align around schedules, staffing, patient flow, and change.
• Support HIPAA, OSHA, safety, and practice policies across the three locations.

What You Bring

Required:

• Experience already managing a medical practice, outpatient clinic, or comparable ambulatory operation.
• 5+ years of healthcare management or progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Multi-site leadership experience, or comparable operating scope and readiness to lead across three sites.
• Hands-on ownership of financial or KPI-based operating decisions, such as staffing, labor, overtime, supplies, volume, access, spending, or workflow performance.
• Experience leading mixed clinical and clerical teams and partnering closely with physicians.
• Ability to work full-time on-site, based in Skillman, with regular coverage of Flemington and Hamilton.

Preferred:

• Experience in allergy, asthma, immunology, ENT, audiology, dermatology, pulmonary, or another complex specialty practice.
• Experience standardizing workflows across locations and improving access, referrals, authorizations, scheduling, or handoffs.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; relevant operating experience can substitute.

Compensation & Work Model

• $90,000-$110,000 annual base salary
• Full-time, on-site role
• Primary base in Skillman, New Jersey, with regular coverage of Flemington and Hamilton, New Jersey
