Job description

Align ENT & Allergy is looking for a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee and coordinate operations across our various practice locations. In this crucial role, you will ensure that our facilities meet high standards of patient care while achieving operational efficiency and profitability. You will collaborate with practice leaders, coordinate staffing needs, and implement standardized policies and procedures that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering quality healthcare.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of practice, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Optimize workflow efficiency and patient flow to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise practice staff. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging professional development and teamwork among personnel.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance of practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements and profitability.
  • Patient Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention. Address patient feedback and concerns effectively, promoting a patient-centric culture across all practice locations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the revenue cycle, billing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of operations and adherence to financial policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable standards. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Standardized Practices: Develop and maintain standardized operational procedures and policies across all sites to promote consistency and efficiency in practice operations.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and analyze practice performance metrics, reporting trends and outcomes to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to guide operational decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multi-site practice setting.
  • Strong understanding of practice operations and revenue cycle management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive operational improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software.
