The Clinical Practice Manager serves as the liaison between the Post-Acute facility and regional leadership. Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations (VPO) Behavioral Health, this role oversees operational performance of facilities in the assigned region. The manager provides operational support to PODS, coordinates client service activities, and performs related tasks.

The Behavioral Health market for this position includes Atlanta, Georgia, and Alabama. Candidates must reside within the market. The role is remote, with travel expected one to two days per month.

Responsibilities

  • Support providers in their daily duties and improve patient and provider satisfaction.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and manage daily operations, including staffing and policy implementation.
  • Participate in recruitment and lead onsite meetings quarterly.
  • Assess resource needs and ensure budget compliance.

Quality Programs

  • Develop and present new programs to reduce costs or improve care quality.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and records for work evaluation.

Client Relations

  • Build strong relationships with referral sources and community care physicians.
  • Implement business development and retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years healthcare experience, BS or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, financial analysis, and computer skills.
  • Effective communication, professionalism, and ability to travel up to 50%.
