  • Identify and implement AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, patient communication, data collection, collections, and administrative processes.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and reporting systems to ensure the practice is prepared for continued expansion.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, respect, and excellence.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience in a medical practice setting.
  • Strong experience in HR, accounts receivable, accounts payable, medical billing, revenue cycle management, credentialing, compliance, contract negotiations, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and assess KPIs and use data to drive operational and financial decisions.
  • Innovative and enthusiastic about implementing AI, automation, and technology solutions that improve practice efficiency and performance.
