Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and 2+ years in manufacturing support.
• Experience applying DoE, validation methodologies and lean principles.
• Proven ability to plan and execute projects from development to completion.
• Familiarity with DMAIC, PDCA, 5Why, Why Trees and Fishbone analysis.
• Strong collaboration and ability to present technical work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing of new and existing packages with stable, capable processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and NPD Integrators to schedule validations and continuous improvement.
• Identify critical process inputs to meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Specify, procure, and implement new equipment and materials.
• Apply structured problem-solving to investigate nonconformances and drive corrective actions.
