Job Summary:

The IMA Group is seeking a Medical Operations Supervisor to be a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, as well as overseeing and guiding a team.

We’re seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to train staff and support multiple locations, with occasional overnight travel. This on-site role requires experience with EKGs, blood draws, and EMR (PFTs a plus). Must be available 7:00 AM–6:30 PM and open to weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care and assist in medical procedures.
  2. Supervise and mentor a team, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
  3. Oversee and manage daily clinical operations.
  4. Perform medical assistant duties, including taking patient medical histories, preparing exam rooms, and assisting healthcare providers.
  5. Maintain inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability and readiness of equipment for clinical use.
  6. Travel to other clinics assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, showcasing the ability to guide and support a team.
  • Proficiency in medical software, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
