Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of new and return appointments for consumers with physicians and nursing staff.
• Assist with administrative support to Medical Operations staff.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously and retrieve messages as needed.
• Maintain professional calendars and schedules of Medical Operations.
• Prepare and distribute daily appointment schedules to physicians, nurses and staff.
• Ensure consumers are checked and not left waiting unnecessarily.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with insurance verification and co-pays.
