Job summary

NCH Healthcare System Inc. seeks a Manager II for the Medical Group in Naples to oversee day-to-day operations of outpatient physician offices.

You will lead staff, coordinate scheduling, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting physicians and providers in a busy practice environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare management, strong communication skills, and experience with revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or healthcare administration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare management; physician practice settings preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and writing communication skills.
• MGMA certification or active enrollment/completion within 1 year is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned physician practices/ancillary departments.
• Manage staffing, payroll, training, and evaluations for office staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and revenue cycle processes.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance against plan.
• Promote high levels of customer service to patients and providers.
