Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) is seeking a Manager II to lead day-to-day operations for the NCH Medical Group outpatient offices. The role focuses on operational efficiency, staff leadership, and financial performance across multiple locations.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, while supporting physicians and providers to ensure exceptional patient care. The position requires 3+ years in healthcare management, a Bachelor’s in business/healthcare administration, and MGMA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare administration required.
• MGMA certification or enrollment and completion within 1 year of start date.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a physician practice.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate with physicians, administrators, support staff, and the public with tact and discretion.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and training for assigned practices/ancillary departments.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and revenue cycle processes.
• Promote high levels of customer service and physician/provider satisfaction.
• Lead process improvements in check-in, registration, scheduling, medical records, and referrals.
• Supervise operations and staff performance evaluations.
